Police has carried out raids in many cities in the province of Mardin. Many people were detained in Kızıltepe, Nusaybin and Artuklu early in the morning.

 

Among those detained were HDP Mardin provincial co-chair Salih Kuday, party members Neda Alper and Emel Oran and Mardin medical chamber president Dr. Derya Etem.

 

All those taken into custody have been brought to Mardin Provincial Police Department after the health checks.

 

A 24-hour ban on meeting with lawyer was taken.
