İSTANBUL - Release application for death fasting lawyers Ebru Timtik and Aytaç Ünsal was rejected by court despite Forensic Medicine Institude (ATK) report say they can not stay in prison.

 

Lawyers applied to İstanbul 37th High Criminal Court after the Forensic Medicine Institude (ATK) report regarding Ebru Timtik, who is on the 210th day of the death fast and Aytaç Ünsal who is on the 179th day of the death fast that says they can not stay in prison. The court rejected the release request of the lawyers.
