ANKARA - The 12th hearing of the case in which Figen Yüksekdağ is being imprisoned and requested a prison sentence of up to 83 years, will be held tomorrow in Ankara 16th High Criminal Court.
the 12nd hearing of the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) former co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ from which she is jailed pending trial will be held at Ankara 16th High Criminal Court at 10.00. Yüksekdağ is accused of 'managing an illegal organization', 'propaganda'and 'opposition to law on meetings and demonstrations'.Yüksekdağ is expected to attend the hearing tomorrow.
Yüksekdağ is requested to be sentenced from 30 years up to 83 years of imprisonment, while the 92-page indictment also demands that she be punished as an “organization manager" for her activities and other actions within the Democratic Society Congress (DTK).
