A new operation was carried out in Nurhak and Ekinözü in Maraş against HDP early this morning.

 

Police and gendarmarie raided the houses of at least 7 people who were subsequently taken into custody. The number of detention increased to 12. 

 

The list of the people detained in the operation is as follows: Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) Nurhak district executive Bahir Horoz, Human Rights Association (IHD) member Volkan Doğan, HDP Ekinözü district's former executives Hacı Uzun and Dursun Bahça, HDP members Mehmet Biçer and Emre Genç, Bese Usta, Mustafa Özgür, Ali Demir , Erdal Demir, Fidan Polat and Hatice Taş.
